Refund and Replacement
(MOZRI) has a 3 day replacement policy. If you are unhappy with the product you have received, you can initiate a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a replacement, please notify us by emailing us at with the subject “Order Return”. Any replacement initiated post 3 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.
Once we receive your replacement request, we will send you a confirmation email containing the instructions to replace the product within 24-48 hours. You can then send us the product via any cost effective courier service/ registered post to the following address:
